Patients Who Have
Dental Insurance – We welcome dental insurance. We will be happy to
answer all of your questions and call your insurance provider to verify
benefits.
As a courtesy to you, we
are happy to bill your insurance company for you.
If you have any questions, please call
our office and we will gladly assist you.
When no financial arrangements are made, payment is due in full on the
day services are rendered.
We believe all of our patients deserve the best dental care we can provide. We
feel everyone benefits when definite financial arrangements are agreed upon. Accordingly,
we have prepared this to acquaint you with our financial policy.
Patients
who carry Dental and Accident insurance should remember that professional services
are rendered and charged to the patient, not the insurance company. Keep in
mind that the insurance company does not always represent the patient's best
interest. The patient is responsible to us for the account. Insurance payment
may vary depending on the type and amount of coverage your employer has purchased.
Insurance companies "usual, customary or reasonable" fee schedule
is based on what makes them profitable. We cannot render services on the assumption
that the fee will be paid by the insurance.
If insurance coverage applies, the patient will receive the reimbursement from
either the insurance directly, or from our office if it is issued to Dr. Doyle.
We will be happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy. Please provide all of
the necessary insurance information on your first visit.
